PLC RAK Campus proudly introduces an innovative blend of culinary arts and restaurant management education in the UAE. Our Global Restaurant Entrepreneurship Diploma Programme combines culinary training with comprehensive restaurant management education, preparing students to excel in the culinary industry and manage or own their own establishments.
What is the Programme?
This unique programme is a work-study blend that combines on-the-job training at top industry partners with classroom instruction at PLC. Students will learn culinary skills and restaurant management in blocks, with 50% of the programme conducted in classrooms and 50% in real-world restaurant environments.

High school graduates or mature student status (19 years or older at the start of the programme)
Language requirement:
English 12 (pass); or
IELTS 6.0 (5.5 Academic); or
TOEFL 60-78; or
PTE Academic (Minimum 46 Overall); or

Application Process
Upon receipt, the applicant will be invited to an interview with PLC RAK Campus. This is the first interview in the application process. The applicant will receive notification of success or failure to continue to the admission. The applicant will receive their final admissions decision. Successful candidates will be placed in our internship programme.
